Refund Policy
We will deliver your products to the delivery address as shown on your order form, unless you have selected an alternative shipping address on the order form.
We will make a reasonable effort to deliver your products within 14 calendar days. If you have ordered several products at one time, we may deliver such products on different days. Please allow 14 calendar days from order date before contacting [email protected] about your order.
Returns
Returns may be initiated up to 14 calendar days after receipt of an order.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us at [email protected] detailing the issue. We will provide return instructions in our response. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
Exchanges

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
